Hello! I am Dr Amit Sharma, a doctor, and blogger!
I received my MBBS degree from Kasturba medical college, Manipal which is a prestigious medical health care training institute in India. I completed my graduation in the year 2013. Following that, I worked at many health care hospitals.

After embarking on a health career in India, I worked in a wide variety of settings in a short period, gaining a lot of hands-on knowledge, and learning through experience, often by trial and error. However, now that it has been over half a decade working in these settings, I have been again feeling the itch to try and learn newer skills. As I embark on another journey of rediscovering myself, and my career, I felt like creating this blog for creating awareness and educating others.

2016 (till April) ICU in charge night shift in Cygnus Altius group
2015 (till December) JR in Delhi gov and worked with international NGO
2014 (till august) Worked with Wockhardt Foundation (A famous NGO in INDIA) for 6 months as a team leader and a medical officer in the tribal area of Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh.
2013 – Medicine student internship District hospital ,Raibareli

Voluntary work in health care
2008 – 2017
- Volunteer in Ophthalmology camps for the underprivileged conducted by the Ophthalmology Department of Kasturba Hospital
- Served the community as a volunteer by working in Diabetic and Retroclinic in the Kasturba Hospital
- Rotations in public health, traveling to nearby rural areas, and serving in primary health centers
- Pulse Polio Program in rural areas – went for polio immunization from house to house.
- Arranged health camp in Jhabua, M.P. INDIA
- Served as a Rotary international club in M.P. INDIA and got covered by national newspaper 2 times for my water purification lecture and mega health camp
